Xi'an Xianyang International Airport Phase III Expansion Project

The main task of the phase III expansion project of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport is the expansion and reconstruction of the terminal building and the runway. During the implementation of this project, UniStrong's digital construction equipment is mainly used in rotary drilling, CFG pile driver, static pressure pile driver, lime-soil compaction pile driver, etc. In the process of construction, the intelligent guidance, precise operation, real-time progress and quality supervision of the machinery are realized through the digital construction management platform, which greatly improves the bearing capacity of the foundation and improves the construction efficiency.

Xining Caojiabao Airport Phase III Expansion Project

Xining Caojiabao Airport Phase III Expansion Project is a new T3 terminal project with a total construction area of 158,000 square meters. It is one of the key airport construction projects in Qinghai Province's "14th Five-Year Plan". In the foundation treatment construction of the airport terminal of this project, through the application of UniStrong UPS700 rotary drilling guidance system and digital construction management platform, and the NET20 BDS/GNSS base station as well, the remote control and refined management of the construction are realized, which improves the efficiency of the construction and achieves the goal of overall quality control of the construction process.

Product application and advantages

These airport construction projects mainly apply the intelligent dynamic compaction system UDS300, the rotary drilling guidance system UPS700, the CFG pile driver intelligent construction system UPS300 and the pile foundation guidance system UPS100 and other products independently developed by UniStrong. Through the application of relevant machinery and equipment, the realization of pile-free construction and intelligent guidance and management information not only simplifies the construction process, improves the operation accuracy, but also realizes 24-hour continuous operation, which is the basis for reducing construction costs and ensuring construction safety. In addition, the construction efficiency and intelligent management level have been greatly improved, and the project quality has been improved as well.

Intelligent dynamic compaction construction system UDS300

The system is an overall solution that integrates the internal and external industries. It adopts BDS high-precision positioning technology combined with sensors and control modules and other devices. It records and calculates changes in quantity, and stores, analyzes, uploads data, realizing information sharing and remote management and monitoring construction quality, engineering measurement, and construction progress in a timely manner.

Rotary Drill Guidance System UPS700

The system uses BDS high-precision real-time dynamic positioning technology to obtain accurate 3D information of the pile head, integrates the real-time data of the tilt angle sensor and depth sensor installed on the pile foundation, and records the coordinates of the pile head, the inclination of the drill pipe, drilling and pile depth in the form of numbers and images, guiding the rotary drilling operator to perform accurate construction.

CFG pile driver intelligent construction system UPS300

The system uses BDS high-precision real-time dynamic positioning technology to obtain accurate 3D position information of the pile head, integrates the real-time data of the tilt angle sensor and depth sensor installed on the pile foundation, and records and displays the coordinates of the pile head, the inclination of the drill pipe, drilling, and pile depth in real time in the form of numbers and images, guiding the rotary drilling operator to perform accurate construction.

Pile Foundation Guidance System UPS100

The system adopts advanced technologies such as BDS high-precision positioning, Internet of Things, cloud computing, etc., collects, analyzes and processes pile head position information in real time to guide and control pile foundation construction through dynamic display, improving pile foundation construction efficiency and pile alignment accuracy, and shortening the time required for pile foundation construction. The system supports network differentiation such as CORS.
